Defective Requests will not be honoured if the product has been damaged or misused by you in any way.

While every effort is made to ensure you get a perfect product every time, even our Triple Quality Inspection Program (TQUIP), however rare, can sometimes miss a hidden defect.

If you believe you have a defective product, please refer to usage tips or call customer service at (604)762-7979.

A customer service representative will ask you a couple of questions to help determine if the product is in fact defective. If a product is believed to be defective, please return unused portion of product within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping is a customer expense and no refunds will be issued for shipping charges.

Returned products must be shipped by ground.
2nd Wind canned oxygen is considered a dangerous goods product by Transport Canada and shipping this product by air is illegal.
