2ND Wind Personal Oxygen Instructions and Tips: PLEASE READ BEFORE USE How to use your 2ND Wind Personal Oxygen:
- Gently twist mask to the right.
- Place mask over nose.
- Press down on the mask and breathe in.
NOTE: Always return the mask to the closed position when not in use by gently turning the mask ¼ turn to the left.
General Usage Tips- Breathe in at the same rate that the oxygen is being expelled from the can. Please note that as the pressure in the can decreases, you should take slower, longer breaths to get the same benefit. Don’t hold your breath.
- Using too little will have no noticeable effect. At first, take at least 10 smooth breaths to start (2 second breaths are ideal). Once you know that the product works, you can try taking fewer breaths and see if you can still get the desired effect. If 10 breaths do not give you the desired effect, try taking more until you get the desired effect.
- The more your body is deficient, the more benefits you will feel from the oxygen. Many people use the product when they already feel good then claim to not notice any benefits. If you really want to feel the difference, only use when you are low on energy, not feeling well, or need an energy boost to carry you through physically intense or stressful activities.
- Do not consume more than one can at any given time.
- Never ship or transport this product on an airplane.
- If you have any health concerns, always consult with your physician before starting any recreational product. Recreational oxygen is not intended to treat, prevent or cure any disease.
- After a stressful day
- Weight / power training
- During sporting activities
- For mental clarity and focus (before tests, speeches, meetings)
- Hangovers / headaches
- Driving ( be it a car or a golf ball)
- Altitude sickness
- Use before to sharpen your mind and increase power (8 – 10 breaths).
- Use during sports to keep your energy high and your mind focused (5 – 8 breaths).
- Use after to reduce recovery time (8 – 12 breaths).
- Using oxygen before endurance sports will generally not be of any significance unless you want to shake out the cob webs.
- Use after to reduce recovery time. After using oxygen during recovery, notice how you feel the rest of the day and notice how your muscles feel the next day (12 + breaths).
